Over the Rainbow

A family member asked me on Christmas Eve, "Why don't you make a rainbow cookie cupcake?" I said why not.

Here it is, filled with chocolate raspberry ganache, frosted with raspberry almond cream cheese frosting (TO DIE) and sprinkled with chocolate jimmies. Thanks, Benji! This one is something special.

Coffee-infused chocolate cake, filled with chocolate whipped cream, coffee chocolate cream cheese frosting, drizzled with a Kahlua chocolate ganache and finished with a dark chocolate covered espresso bean.

My Version of a Rocket Fuel

Coconut cake with pineapple filling, topped with coconut buttercream, toasted coconut and a stemmed maraschino cherry.  Cakes can be finished with a 151 Rum "floater" on request.

Can I offer you some wine and cheese?

Long Island red wine and dark chocolate cake with goat cheese frosting. Topped with wine "glass" and a candied red grape. An indescribably unique taste combination.

Vanilla bean and bourbon cake, filled with bourbon-laced dark chocolate ganache, topped with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and finished with a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkling of sea salt. This was introduced at Dan's Taste of Summer MTK Clambake event as a mini.
